Educational Trips 2023- December
The students of grade IV went for an educational outing to India Gate War Memorial in Delhi along with their teachers on 14.12.2023. The memorial attempts to provoke a deep and moving experience and serves as a symbol of inspiration for future generations. It bears the name of more than 26000 soldiers of the Indian Armed forces who had made a supreme sacrifice to defend the sovereignty and integrity of our country
Grade V along with their teachers visited Raj That and Gandhi Museum on the 12th of December, Tuesday. It was an amazing trip, during which the students learnt a lot about Gandhiji, as well as the Indian freedom struggle. At Raj ghat, students walked past the place where Gandhiji was cremated and paid tribute to the Father of the Nation.
Class VI learners visited the National Philatelic Museum on 13.12.2023. It is a unique opportunity to appreciate the artistry and historical narratives encapsulated in these miniature masterpieces, preserving the heritage of postal communication for future generations.
On 20th December 2023, the students of class VII were taken on a field trip to Humayun Tomb. The objective was to introduce the class to a specimen of Mughal architecture. Students, accompanied by their teachers, explored the complex which is an exceptional synthesis of Persian and Indian traditions of architecture.
With the objective of promoting the life, mission, and thoughts of Mahatma Gandhi, on November 19th , 2023, students from class VIII, along with two teachers, embarked on an educational trip to the Gandhi Smriti Museum. The museum is dedicated to the father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi, and is situated on Tees January Road in New Delhi. It houses a collection of articles related to Gandhi ji’s life and death. Students saw the room where Gandhi ji had lived and the place where he was shot, which has now been converted into Martyr’s Column.
On November 15, 2023, 41 students from Pragyan School, Greater Noida, along with two teachers, embarked on an educational trip to the National Gandhi Museum at Rajghat, New Delhi. The purpose of the visit was to impart insights into nationalism and Mahatma Gandhi’s life, teachings, and journey as a national icon.
